Must Have:
• Programming-
o Strong fundamentals of Object oriented programming
o Strong Py hands on programming experience.
o Strong test driven development for py stack.
• DevOps/DevSecOps
o Past experience in devsecops [SAST/DAST] automation through pipeline
o DevOps in SDLC full life cycle.
o Pipeline development experience Jenkins/gitlab or equivalent
o Jenkins scripted and/or declarative pipeline development experience.
• Shell scripting
• Strong hands on using Docker technology
• Good business/technical communication skills
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Additional Mandatory aspects from customer:

• Should be Good in DevSecOps - more into tools usage.
• Pipeline Creation & Maintenance should be good in this area..
• No need of tool operator only.
• Python - OO - Expectation 4 / 5 rating in knowledge.
• Jenkins knowledge should be good, for Groovy script ( people are there).
• Major work is happening in Python, integrating DevSecOps related tools / Invoking tools through interfaces exposed by the tools.
• Complete DevSecOps lifecycle Understanding.
• How to use python to integrate security tools.
• Python Script is used widely so if the candidates are good in it, it will help a lot.

Good to have:
• Experience in Cloud based devops solution
• Gitops
• Kubernetes experience on premise/cloud"
