Job Description: Testing Lead - HR Transformation Program Overview

As a Testing Lead within our HR Transformation Program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of a new, employee-centric HR service model. You will collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest quality standards and align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans, including objectives, scope, deliverables, and
• Test Case Creation: Review requirements and designs to create comprehensive test cases that cover all aspects of the solution, including payroll, benefits, and HR
• Test Execution: Lead and coordinate testing activities, ensuring that test cases are executed effectively and selenuim
• Defect Management: Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the testing jira
• Reporting: Analyze test results and provide regular reports to the project team, highlighting key findings and
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing them with the necessary training and
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that testing activities align with project goals and
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software testing or a related
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and
• Experience in leading and managing testing teams, particularly in HR transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and organizational
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Experience working in a global
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of HR technology platforms, such as Oracle, Workday, and
• Experience with end-to-end data flows and
