Global Testing Lead Job Description: Testing Lead - HR Transformation ProgramExp- 8+ yrs


Overview As a Testing Lead within our HR Transformation Program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of a new, employee-centric HR service model. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest quality standards and align with our strategic goals.Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans, including objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Test Case Creation: Review requirements and designs to create comprehensive test cases that cover all aspects of the solution, including payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Test Execution: Lead and coordinate testing activities, ensuring that test cases are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Defect Management: Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the testing process.
  • Reporting: Analyze test results and provide regular reports to the project team, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing them with the necessary training and support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that testing activities align with project goals and timelines.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the organization.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience operating in an HR environment and initiatives a plus.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software testing or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in leading and managing testing teams, particularly in HR transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a global environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of HR technology platforms, such as Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with end-to-end data flows and integrations.
  • Experience in developing and deploying internal solutions.
  • Experience with payroll and benefits testing
