ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY… Your role

We are seeking an experienced Black Belt in Enterprise Business Process Improvement to join our Enterprise Excellence team. This role is essential to our Global Business Services (GBS) platform, focusing on end-to-end process transformation across Iron Mountain’s global operations. This leader will drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, improve customer experience, streamline operations, and deliver measurable results.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL fulfill the below job responsibilities to drive best in class process mapping, analysis and understanding.

As a key member of the Enterprise Excellence team, you will lead a portfolio of improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Agile, and structured problem-solving methodologies. Your efforts will optimize critical processes, establish best practices, and leverage automation, aligning with the strategic priorities of Iron Mountain.

Job Description of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts


This role is to support the execution of high-impact transformation initiatives aligned with a consulting-defined future-state process roadmap.

For 3 roles what we need:

1. Typical Black Belt ( existing JD), with following add-ons: (a) Experience in CRM platforms (b) Exposure to AI solutions (c) Experience in customer facing roles desirable


For 2 roles we need (existing one)

2. Typical Black Belt (existing JD), with following add-ons (a) Experience in Order to Cash, billing systems (b) Exposure to AI solutions (c) Experience in customer facing roles desirable


For 1 role we need:

3. Typical Black Belt ( existing JD), with following add-ons (a) End to end experience with collections including credit and understands financials (b) Exposure to AI solutions (c) Experience in customer facing roles desirable


For 1 role we need:

4. Typical Black Belt ( existing JD), with following add-ons (a) Experience with revenue leakage, revenue retention and revenue management programs and understands financials (b) Exposure to AI solutions (c) Experience in customer facing roles desirable


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and deliver cross-functional process improvement projects across onboarding, billing, service, cash application, and collections
  2. Translate “golden process” designs into executable actions on the ground
  3. Coach and mentor Green Belt project leads across journey teams
  4. Collaborate with analytics teams to define, track, and baseline CTQ metrics
  5. Drive stakeholder alignment and standardization in fragmented process environments

Requirements:

  1. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  2. 10-18 years of relevant experience in shared services, finance operations, or customer operations
  3. Proven success in project delivery within large-scale transformation programs
  4. Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and change leadership skills
  5. Led a team
  6. Must have handled the project of Black Belt for Transformation Programs in Billing areas
