Who do we want to hire?

someone with an experience in

• Enterprise identity & user management

• Automated User Management (SCIM, UMAPI)

• Azure AD, LDAP, SSO, OAuth, SAML

• Customer discovery, solutioning, risk management

• External enterprise customer advisory role

• Internal IT Support / EUC / Support Admin

• Device provisioning, Jamf, Intune, laptop support

• Ticket handling, onboarding/offboarding

• Endpoint tooling and ITSM

JD Expectation

• Deep expertise in:

o Azure AD

o SCIM provisioning

o UMAPI

o Federated identity

o SSO design & troubleshooting

• Ability to present pros/cons and limitations of identity options
