1. Review, diagnose, make recommendations, and develop solutions for our Campaign customers using database technologies, programming languages, web technologies, and Campaign Classic knowledge - This is a hands-on technical role
2. Collaborate with other Adobe consultants from Campaign, Infrastructure Ops, Engineering and other Experience Cloud software to craft solutions that increase customer retention, dedication, and experience
3. Enable customers and partners on Adobe Campaign Classic standard methodologies through a combination of side-by-side mentoring, remote enablement, and delivering recommendations
4. Deliver successful service reviews, health checks, and advisory services

10. Willingness to work different shifts including night shift
11. Proficiency in foreign languages like Japanese & French are added advantage.
