Job Summary

Tescra is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager for the India market with experience in selling IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market clients in India.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Indian market for IT services and digital engineering solutions.
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, CXOs, and key stakeholders in target organizations.
  4. Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
  5. Present Tescra’s IT services, digital engineering, and digital transformation solutions to prospective clients.
  6. Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop customized proposals and solutions.
  7. Maintain sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide accurate revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
  8. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of experience in IT services / IT solutions sales within the Indian market.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  3. Proven track record in business development, lead generation, and deal closure.
  4. Good understanding of IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, digital engineering, and enterprise applications.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Experience engaging with enterprise or mid-market clients in India.
  7. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience selling digital engineering or product engineering services.
