ACHNET Demo is seeking a passionate and purpose-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our impactful podcast. This role is integral to our vision of operating the podcast as a movement, not merely a program. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that foster meaningful social conversations around mental health, embodying our core philosophy of being movement-led and conversation-first. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of emotional storytelling and a commitment to driving social impact through innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the podcast and its associated movement, ensuring alignment with the brand's purpose-driven mission.
• Craft compelling marketing content that resonates with our target audience, utilizing an emotional and purpose-driven tone to inspire engagement and conversation.
• Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, and partnerships to expand reach and impact.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on ROI and audience engagement to optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators, community managers, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and amplify the podcast's message.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations and influencers aligned with mental health advocacy and social impact.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in podcast marketing, social impact initiatives, and mental health discourse to inform marketing strategies.
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications in marketing or a related field are a plus.
Must-Have Skills
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably within the media, non-profit, or social impact sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft emotionally resonant and purpose-driven content.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Experience in campaign management and project coordination.
• A genuine passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to driving social change.
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience in podcast marketing or audio content promotion.
