DESCRIPTION

Location: Bangalore

 

Manage the inside sales team in order to increase sales activity.
Provide a leadership role for the inside sales team by participating in call sessions, one on one sales training, and by providing daily mentoring to the team.
Set guidelines and goals for direct reports to maintain a working knowledge of all necessary processes and systems required for daily activities.
Ensure that sales quotas and goals are achieved on assigned sales projects and that the pipeline for new opportunities is increasing.

Qualification:


5 - 8 years experience with selling IT services/Products.
Atleast 3 years experience in a leadership role or relevant industry leadership experience. 
IT Software and IT services experience is highly desirable.

Must have strong experience in selling to Domestic market.
Solid oral and written presentation skills. 
Excellent interpersonal skills including communication and collaboration.
