Job Roles & Responsibilities
· Researching client prospects and prioritizing engagements
· Responsible for new client acquisition which involves mapping the market, pitching, contract negotiations and sign up.
· Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients.
· Collating inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring smooth transition of assignments
· Pursuing legal, technical, and commercial approvals with client prospect organizations
· Developing strong relationships with existing clients to mine for new business opportunities
· Exploring other partnership types that could generate substantial revenue for the organization
· To implement defined marketing strategies, to achieve targeted sales. To develop and maintain close rapport with customers .Should have the ability to work cooperatively in a team & proactive temperament
· Understands the different segment of IT Staffing.
· Deep fascination of technology and a willingness to learn
· Outstanding organizational skills and process-oriented thinking
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with excellent document preparation skill.
