Job Role

As one of the core members of the team you would be responsible to design world class mobile and web products to enhance user experience and contribute actively in making ACHNET a leading platform globally.

You should have passion for UI /UX and should have experience of 6+ years in designing smart websites and applications from the point of view of enhancing user experience and engagement.

Responsibility:

• Enhancing the existing UI /UX of website and mobile applications
• Understand both stated and unstated needs of our existing and potential users, analyze them to chart out product features and work with different teams to help build/evolve the product design in the best way to solve those needs. 
• Conceptualizing Designs of new features and modules and execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Creating consistent brand image with contemporary graphic designs
• Working with marketing team to create concepts and designs in line the company’s marketing goals and campaigns
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Creation of all digital visual elements, including typography, layout, imagery, and iconography. 

Skills Required:

• Experience in rapid prototyping tools 
• Proven UI experience 
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Have designed UI and UX consumer internet websites and mobile applications with at least 1 million user base
• Strong portfolio and results in digital design work. 
• Experience designing with Style Guides and Pattern Libraries and using a variety of tools and methods 
• Strong understanding of typography and layout 
• Proficiency in Illustrator and XD and other visual design and wire-framing tools 
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders 
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively 
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Must have Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Applied/Commercial Arts or related design field from a reputed institution
