Key Areas of Responsibility

 Estimate, prioritize, plan and execute testing activities
 Create detailed test plans and test cases
 Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
 Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
 Monitor debugging process results
 Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

Skills Required

 5-8 years of testing experience with at least 2years of automated testing experience
 The QA Engineer, who will be responsible for functional testing of E2E functionalities
 Exposure and hands-on experience on automation tools – Selenium and WebDriver.
 Experience with one or more defect tracking tools viz. QC, JIRA, Bugzilla
 Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle and QA methodologies.
 Adept at designing test automation frameworks
 Strong experience in analyzing applications for test automation feasibility and developing test
automation plans and strategy documents for the same
 Proficient in interacting with clients/stake-holders and business users/analysts to comprehend, analyze and implement requirements
 Understanding of WebServices Automation
 Strong debugging skills
 Strong understanding of SQL commands
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Experience in mentoring and assisting team members to resolve issues/concerns with
scripts/implementation
