Job Role:
·Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, emails) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Promoting platform services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with organizations brand and social media strategy Interacting with customers and dealing with customer enquiries Developing new social media strategies and campaigns. Develop, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
