This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) located in Bengaluru. The CMO will oversee market planning and research, manage public relations efforts, and lead the marketing management team. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the marketing budget, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

1. Experience in marketing of SaaS products which are into AI interview, Technical assessment, ATS, HRMS or similar product lines is a MUST.
2. Experience in Market Planning and Market Research
3. Proficiency in Public Relations and Marketing Management
4. Skills in Sales and strategic collaboration
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills
6. Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
8. Must have good knowledge and experience working in the US geography.
9. 12+ years experience.
