Job Overview

ACHNET Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Management Trainee to join our Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate with a passion for sales, client engagement, and business growth to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month internship program, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business aptitude. This role is designed to groom high-potential individuals into future leaders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute end-to-end sales and business development activities, from lead generation to deal closure.
  2. Prospect new clients and business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  3. Conduct compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of ACHNET's solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  5. Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  7. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

Educational Qualifications

  1. MBA or PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institution.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  2. Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  3. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Business acumen and understanding of sales principles.
  7. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive mindset.

Good-to-Have Skills

  1. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  2. Knowledge of the relevant industry market and competitive landscape.
  3. Prior experience in sales or business development (internship or part-time).
  4. Presentation and Demo Skills.

Pay Rate/Salary

A competitive internship stipend will be provided. Upon confirmation to a full-time role, a competitive salary will be offered, commensurate with experience and performance.
