Job Overview

ACHNET is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Associate with a strong background in the HR technology industry. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our corporate clients achieve maximum value from our HR tech solutions. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for advocating for the customer's needs. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing usage of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Human Resource Management System (HRMS), or advanced assessment and AI interview platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of large corporate user accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  2. Lead and execute comprehensive onboarding and implementation processes for Achnet products.
  3. Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for end-users to maximize their proficiency and utilization of the platform.
  4. Deliver compelling sales demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of ACHNET's HR technology solutions.
  5. Act as the "Voice of the Customer," gathering feedback, identifying trends, and communicating client needs to internal product, engineering, and sales teams.
  6. Facilitate seamless internal team coordination, collaborating with various departments to resolve client issues and drive successful outcomes.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion by understanding client business objectives and aligning them with our service offerings.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the HR technology (HR Tech) industry.
  2. Proven experience in managing large user accounts and fostering strong client relationships.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in the onboarding and implementation of ATS, HRMS software, or assessment and AI interview platforms for corporate clients.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead calls and present effectively to diverse audiences.
  5. Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
  6. Proficiency in conducting sales demonstrations.
  7. Ability to effectively gather requirements and coordinate with internal teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

  1. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  2. Understanding of project management methodologies.
  3. Experience with data analysis and reporting related to customer usage and satisfaction.
  4. Knowledge of AI applications within the HR domain.
