Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive – US Market

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite/ Work from office)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team for our product ACHNET. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior call center experience, and a passion for sales and client engagement in an international market.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market to introduce and promote the ACHNET platform.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.


Required Qualifications:

MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Administration preferred).

1–2 years of experience in call center sales, tele-sales, or inside sales.

Experience in outbound calling, and lead generation.

Excellent spoken English and communication skills.

Comfortable working in night shifts (6 PM – 3:30 AM IST).

Willing to work onsite in Bengaluru.


Preferred Skills:

Experience selling to international or US customers.

Basic knowledge of B2B sales processes.

Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and energetic personality.
