Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in the airlines industry, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, and other airline-related services.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues as needed.
  4. Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  7. Stay up-to-date on airline industry trends, policies, and procedures.

Educational Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Proven experience (5+ years) in a customer service role, preferably in the airlines industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
