Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team at ACHNET Demo. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our airline customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and providing information on airline policies and procedures.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other relevant travel information.
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential customer service issues to prevent escalation.
  7. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
