Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive end-to-end recruitment knowledge, with a specific focus on the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our organizational growth. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This position is based in Hyderabad, India, and requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
  2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, leveraging various channels and platforms.
  3. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral and technical interviews, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  7. Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the GCC region.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) are a plus.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies within the GCC region.
  3. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  6. Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

Good-to-Have Skills

  1. Experience with international recruitment and relocation processes.
  2. Familiarity with employer branding initiatives.
  3. Knowledge of different cultural nuances in the GCC market.
  4. Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
