Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and a proven track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent. This role will be instrumental in supporting our global hiring initiatives from our Hyderabad office, contributing to ACHNET Demo's growth and success by building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, from initial requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates across diverse skill sets and experience levels.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and behavioral assessments.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking, database utilization, and other innovative sourcing channels.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador for ACHNET Demo.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

Must-Have Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience recruiting for technical roles or specific industry sectors relevant to ACHNET Demo.
  • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and candidate marketing.
  • Knowledge of international recruitment practices.
