Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing bullion trading team in Dubai. This role offers significant global market exposure within the precious metals industry. The ideal candidate will support the Sales Manager in driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the trading desk. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in precious metals, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share in bullion trading.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and trading houses.
3. Monitor global precious metals market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to identify trading opportunities.
4. Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and client presentations.
5. Support the negotiation of trading terms and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including trading and operations, to ensure seamless transaction execution and client satisfaction.
7. Contribute to team goals and performance metrics, actively participating in sales meetings and strategy sessions.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications such as CFA or relevant trading certifications are a plus.

Must-Have Skills

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or precious metals trading industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of bullion trading, precious metals markets, and associated financial instruments.
3. Strong understanding of global financial markets and economic principles.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
