Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of building scalable, robust, and user-friendly applications. This role requires a deep understanding of modern software development practices and the ability to contribute across the entire software development lifecycle. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions that drive our fintech offerings forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Implement and maintain database solutions, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, C#).
• Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in the fintech industry or with financial technologies.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
