Job Overview

ACHNET is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Management Trainee for our Sales department. This program is designed to develop future sales leaders through comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and mentorship. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. You will gain exposure to all facets of the sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement to closing deals and post-sale relationship management, preparing you for a successful career in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in extensive training programs covering sales methodologies, product knowledge, and CRM systems.
  • Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn best practices in client interaction and negotiation.
  • Actively engage in lead generation activities, including prospecting, outreach, and qualifying potential clients.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Contribute to team meetings, providing insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new sales techniques and market trends.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
