Job Overview

ACHNET is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing a team of sales professionals within the HR technology sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the HR tech landscape, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to foster strong client relationships. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand customer base.
  • Manage, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders in the HR industry.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
  • Present and demonstrate HR technology solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR technology.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the HR technology market and its competitive landscape.

Good-to-Have Skills
