Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager with extensive experience in the bullion trading sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in business-to-business (B2B) sales within the UAE market. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and strengthening our market presence in the precious metals industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the bullion trading market.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and market analysis, focusing on B2B clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the UAE's financial and commodities sectors.
  4. Effectively present and sell a range of bullion products and trading solutions to prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and investment goals.
  5. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  6. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the bullion trading landscape in the UAE and globally.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Relevant professional certifications in sales, finance, or trading are a plus.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the bullion trading industry.
  2. Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the UAE market dynamics and regulatory framework for precious metals trading.
  4. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading principles.
