Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Design Manager to lead our team in the Home Interiors and Modular Kitchens division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies, design principles, and project management within the home improvement sector. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the design and implementation of custom kitchen and interior solutions. The Sales/Design Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for home interiors and modular kitchens.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales and design professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring that client needs and preferences are met while adhering to industry best practices and company standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and design process.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

• Proven track record of success in sales and design management within the home interiors or modular kitchen industry.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, design principles, and project management.
