Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Regional Head to lead our Home Interiors sales team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and mentoring a team of interior sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the home interiors market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of interior sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth within the region.
3. Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and interior designers.
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
6. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including sales processes and customer service standards.
7. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

1. Proven experience in interior sales and team management.
2. Strong understanding of the home interiors market and design trends.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
