.NET platform to join our team. In this role, you will play a key leadership position, responsible for guiding our development team, making technical decisions, and contributing hands-on expertise in React JS and .NET to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership: · Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project goals.
- Make critical technical decisions, choose appropriate technologies, and design robust software architectures.
- Set coding standards, best practices, and ensure adherence to development processes.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- React JS Development: · Develop and maintain web applications using React JS, ensuring a responsive and preformat user interface.
- Implement complex user interfaces, leveraging React components, state management, and routing.
- Optimize applications for scalability and performance.
.NET Platform Knowledge:
- Utilize your knowledge of the .NET platform to integrate React JS applications with backend services.
- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to .NET components. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
