Roles and Responsibilities
End-to-end Recruitment : Responsible for handling the requirements from different veritical of business, ensuring on-time closure on opened positions, Telephonic Screening, Short-listing, Interviewing, Organizing Whole Interview Cycle for the given requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Communication: Excellent Verbal Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills and Convincing Skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment in Domestic IT staffing industry.
- Should have experience in Permanent and Contract staffing
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment / staffing life cycle.
- Ability to manage the entire Staffing / recruitment cycle - Understand the client requirement, Sourcing, Initial telephonic screening, Interview scheduling, monitoring by having regular follow-ups with candidates until on-boarding, post onboarding follow-up.
- Hiring resources from mid-level to Senior Level for permanent role
- Familiar working on different job boards.
- Selected candidate Documentation and Initiating the HR Discussions.
- Following up with the offered candidate till he/she joins the organization.
- Team player with a passion for Recruitment
- Adaptable, flexible approach to problem-solving with a can-do attitude.
- Number and results oriented person
Education: Must be completed Graduation, Aggressive, proactive and goal oriented.
