Roles and Responsibilities

End-to-end Recruitment : Responsible for handling the requirements from different veritical of business, ensuring on-time closure on opened positions, Telephonic Screening, Short-listing, Interviewing, Organizing Whole Interview Cycle for the given requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Communication: Excellent Verbal Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills and Convincing Skills.

Experience: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment in Domestic IT staffing industry.
  • Should have experience in Permanent and Contract staffing
  • Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment / staffing life cycle.
  • Ability to manage the entire Staffing / recruitment cycle - Understand the client requirement, Sourcing, Initial telephonic screening, Interview scheduling, monitoring by having regular follow-ups with candidates until on-boarding, post onboarding follow-up.
  • Hiring resources from mid-level to Senior Level for permanent role
  • Familiar working on different job boards.
  • Selected candidate Documentation and Initiating the HR Discussions.
  • Following up with the offered candidate till he/she joins the organization.
  • Team player with a passion for Recruitment
  • Adaptable, flexible approach to problem-solving with a can-do attitude.
  • Number and results oriented person

Education: Must be completed Graduation, Aggressive, proactive and goal oriented.
