Job Description: BDM / Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively selling our products or services. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to interested customers.
  • Follow up on proposals to address questions and objections.
  1. Closing Sales:
  • Use persuasive selling techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  1. Sales Reporting:
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience (16 years) in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn about new products and industries.
