* Candidate should have good IT recruitment experience.
* Involved in End-End Recruitment activities
* Sourcing profiles from the different job Portals.
* Short-listing and scrutinizing the profiles as per the requirements.
* Identifying and scrutinizing professionals through various professionals and social networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
*Identify prospective candidates according to skill required.
* Initial Screening of the Profiles Conducting Telephonic Interview with the Candidate (to check availability, communication skills, Project experience, cost and other related factors).
* Follow up with offered candidates to solve any discrepancies and ensure 100% joining ratio.
* Involved in handing candidates grievances during various recruitment activities
