Job Role:

• Hands on sourcing experience through unconventional sourcing channels / social media / head hunting etc. specifically for senior level / leadership hiring
• Track record of having met / exceeded the revenue & delivery targets consistently
• Good experience on contract staffing
• Excellent understanding of technologies / current trends / domains etc. is essential
• Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline
• Connecting with candidate to screens their suitability
• Follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics
• Effectively review talent from all channels, moving qualified candidates to the Hiring managers for the next hiring process step
• Understanding the job description.
• Understanding of IT technologies.
• Interview coordination with panels (coordinating F2F and Video call Interviews)
• Interaction with the candidates, scheduling them for an Interview.
• Should be prompt and fast enough in actions.
• Excellent Communication Skills desirable.
• Go-Getter /willing to work under pressure.
• Be a strong team player
