Responsibilities:
Represents the voice of the customer
Provides expertise for multiple areas of business and technology through analysis and understanding of business needs; applies a broad knowledge of programs, policies, and procedures in a technical or business field
Heavily involved in team backlog refinement and prep for Program Increment (PI) planning
Provides and writes story definition, including the clarifications necessary to assist with story and feature estimates and sequencing
Writes stories as vertical slices of work
Leads Product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology and participates in technical walk-throughs
Maintains team backlog which will consist of user stories, defects and enablers; backlog items will need to be prioritized based on business and risk values, time and other team dependencies
Uses appropriate tools and techniques to elicit and define requirements that address more complex business processes or of high complexity
Validates and accepts user stories
Provides system demos for program stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the stories Collaborates with Product Manager on Program Roadmap and Program Vision and participates in PO Sync and Feature Refinement
Leads Discovery Workshops in order to further refine user stories
Shift Timings
13:00 PM - 21:30 PM (Monday thru Friday) Individual is expected to join ECC calls when required irrespective of time of day and provide oversight for any activities scheduled for weekend.
