Job Description

  1. Maintain book keeping in Tally, Quickbooks etc
  2. Manage statutory payments and compliances for PT, TDS, GST, Advance tax etc
  3. Performing daily accounting activities including AP management & AR management
  4. Creating and sending invoices for clients
  5. Managing payroll for clients
  6. Performing monthly close activities
  7. Preparing financial statements
  8. Creation and management of reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports
  9. Preparation of sales and payroll tax returns
  10. Development of one-on-one relationships with US-based project leads
  11. Ensuring that reports sent to clients are accurate and sent within scheduled timeframes
  12. Drive quality project deliverables
  13. Progressively enhance leadership skills and guide Associates on delivery work

Required Candidate profile

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master's Degree in Accounting is a plus
    • Self-motived with strong work ethic
    • Organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time frames
    • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other US accounting system
    • Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges
