I help companies “connect the dots”, identify new opportunities and capitalize on ideas. Rigorous environments requiring execution speed, attention to detail and prompt analytical decision-making are where I thrive. Beginning my career in hospital project management, I gained in-depth knowledge of and experience with medical devices. I also learned to write winning proposals & capture projects valued from $100M to $2.8B, lead cross-functional teams, make & execute impactful decisions rapidly, negotiate contracts, and devise & manage complex schedules & budgets. In 2006, after receiving an award from the Project Management Institute for completing a complex, state-of-the-art hospital 60-days ahead of schedule, I pursued my MBA. In 2008, when the construction industry slumped, I spearheaded Sony’s vertical growth into diagnostic medical devices and grew TV sales seven-fold via targeted social media campaigns, initiating MAP pricing, and changing their supply chain to a weekly CPFR model. At Philips, I raised national retailer SKU count by 20%, built global distributor relationships, and achieved 120% ROI on promotions. At Johnson Electric, starting from zero, I captured over $169M of medical device component manufacturing contracts. Today, I teach companies how to expand their reach by providing market research, new business and/or product development and project management expertise.
