Purpose of Role: 

This position is responsible for the design and/or delivery of courses to meet customer and staff training requirements.

Skills:

• Knowledge on life cycle of RPA
• Knowledge on Analysis, Bot Development, Testing, and Support & Maintenance
• Knowledge on the automationarchitectures
• Experience on RPA tools technologies like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism 
• Experience in managing Business Process Automation Implementation projects for corporates
• Knowledge on Report Generation, QA, Cross-check information, Migration of Data and Virtual system integration 
• Knowledge on Processand tools performance and scalability assessment
• Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodology

Responsibilities:

• Plan technical training programs according to organizational requirements
• Produce training schedules and day wise training plan
• Determine and create course content according to objectives
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
• Remain current with up-to-date product information for all released software configurations.
