Job Role:

• Responsible for License Compliance verification, reading and interpreting the software contracts.
• Give pro-active advice for optimized utilization of existing software contracts and play pivotal role in suggesting requirement for new contract
• Identifies the gaps in software request process and recommends corrective actions
• Must have knowledge on Volume licensing programs of major vendors such as Oracle, IBM, Microsoft and VMware their licensing metrics.
• Good Experience in handling Software Asset Management tools
• Able to work with multiple levels of management to achieve desired results and report to diverse stakeholders
• Setup process workflows and working instructions
• Present the current status, savings and achievements regarding SW contract related activities
• Ability to perform internal audits and recommending actions
• Demonstrated innovation in license management
• Must be familiar with accounting aspects of IT Asset Management and catalogue management
• Experience in Excel and Access reporting
• Experience in data analyses and combining data from different sources
• Good Communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work with senior management on SAM aspects
