As a Manual Tester, your main job is to make sure software works well before it reaches users. You'll follow a plan to test different parts of the software, find and report any issues, and work with the team to fix them.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning:

   • Work with the team to understand what needs to be tested.
   • Make a plan for testing based on the project details.

2. Test Design:

   • Create clear and organized instructions to test the software.
   • Make sure the tests cover everything they should.

3. Testing:

   • Test the software following the instructions you created.
   • Check if previous issues have been fixed.

4. Reporting Issues:

   • Write down and prioritize any problems you find.
   • Work with the team to get the issues fixed.

5. Working with Others:

   • Talk with different team members to understand the project goals.
   • Share updates on how the testing is going.

6. Documentation:

   • Keep records of the tests, results, and issues.

7. Communication:

   • Share updates regularly.
   • Tell the team about any challenges or risks.

8. Improving Processes:

   • Help make testing better and faster.
   • Share ideas to improve how things are done.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresher
• Skills:
  • Understand how software testing works.
  • Create good testing instructions.
  • Solve problems well.
  • Communicate and work well with others.
  • Know about testing tools.
