Responsibilities:

  •     Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, development teams, and clients, to gather and document business requirements for our SaaS products.
  •     Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  •     Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the SaaS industry.
  •     Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer expectations.
  •     Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product features and enhancements, providing guidance and clarification as needed.
  •     Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and ensure it meets the defined business requirements.
  •     Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including use cases, process flows, and system diagrams.
  •     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as UX/UI designers and quality assurance engineers, to ensure a seamless product development process.
  •     Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to improve product performance and user experience.
  •     Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to junior business analysts and other team members as required.

Requirements:

  •     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  •     Proven work experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS product company, with 6 to 8 years of experience.
  •     Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  •     Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
  •     In-depth knowledge of SaaS industry trends, best practices, and standards.
  •     Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  •     Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
  •     Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  •     Solid understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  •     Experience with relevant software tools and platforms, such as JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools.
  •     Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  •     Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
