I am a professional certified life and business coach, as well as a speaker, trainer, author, and thought leader. For over 10 years, I’ve been a trusted guide and advisor, helping men and women ignite their passions and accomplish their dreams.

Prior to coaching, I owned and operated a successful boutique Public Relations agency, where I worked with a variety of corporate brands and helped put them on the map through A-list publications and mainstream media outlets. My experiences as an entrepreneur, with hands-on business experience, have made me an ideal business productivity coach. In addition, I am a married mother of two, making it easy for me to relate to busy parents juggling the demands of work and home life, while striving for successful partner communication and continued romance.
