Role Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized coaching sessions.
Strong understanding of career development and coaching techniques.
Contribute to the creation of engaging and impactful coaching content.
Participate in ACHNET webinars and workshops, both as an organizer and participant.
Utilize ACHNET’s tools and features to manage client interactions and track progress effectively.
Prior experience working with US clients is highly advantageous and preferred.
Required Qualifications:
Certified coaching credentials (ICF- ACC, PCC, MCC level, iPEC, IAC, EMCC).
Minimum of 3- 5 years of coaching experience.
Additional certifications in niche coaching areas (e.g., Career Coaching, Executive Coaching, leadership Coaching).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for coaching.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Active membership in professional coaching associations (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
