I specialize in helping individuals and groups achieve personal and professional goals through the power of coaching and training to make the mental shifts required to sustain change.I’m a certified NLP Master trainer, Life, Social, Emotional Intelligence and Motivation Coach, hypnotherapist  and Keynote Speaker. I am ​currently, interning for ICF certification.

I traveled and studied from different parts of the world. I got attracted to the world of NLP when I saw the magic that people can create for themselves with gentle nudges. Richard Bandler, Nicole Schneider & Global NLP are my Guru’s. I have certified as NLP coach, Life coach, Emotional intelligence Coach and Motivation Coach from Global NLP Amsterdam.

I help my clients to find their potential by knowing their values, beliefs, and potentials to their consciousnessand allow them to select the most suitable solution which is aligned with their life purpose. I add value to my clients by changing the focus from "being the best" to "doing the best". My style is to offer training & coaching in a way, learning & integration happens during the training. My training style today is based on NLP research, life coaching sessions, Emotional intelligence and Motivation coaching that I have had with so many individuals and how they transformed their personal and professional lives.

I am also passionate on Martial arts, Kalaripayattu. Kalari is very fast and intense. It really connects to the body. It is all about strength, flexibility, emotional well-being, overall fitness and many more. The speed and the accuracy of poses will find peace in the body and I love it.

I conduct“Global Society of NLP” certification training’s for NLPPractitioner, life coaching, emotional intelligence coaching, leadership & business and motivation coaching.

I conduct regular workshop​s​ for parenting, Teachers, kids memory improvement, NLP for marketing & Sales, storytelling & Public speaking, workshop​s​ for Kids & Teenagers. One to one coaching session are offered for Parents, Kids & Teenagers, Personal development coaching, Business &Leadership Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Wellness etc. I also work with Corporates, Schools & Colleges etc.

Coaching techniques involves unique customized model as per client requirement including structured process, powerful questioning, SMART goal setting and achieving results in complete transformation of individual or business or organization along with achieving the goals selected.
