Take ownership of the Growth budget, offering insights and recommendations on optimal investment strategies and where we may need to shift to improve growth outcomes
- Oversee all aspects of marketing including organic and paid marketing, SEO, events, brand marketing, communications and content marketing.
- Understand and enhance all stages of the funnel including lead generation, conversion, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and revival.
- Drive innovation across the team by identifying and testing new areas of opportunity for growth
- Should have experience in IT Services Companies
- Partner closely with Sales to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Play an active role within the global Senior Leadership team
- Work collaboratively across functional teams to drive and deliver on growth objectives and other strategic business needs
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate / MBA with specialization in Sales or Marketing
- A senior marketing leader with 10+ years leading a marketing or growth team.
- Proven capability launching in new markets.
- Data driven and proven ability to analyze metrics and develop strategies to drive growth and optimize funnel based on metrics.
- Proven track record developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (lead generation and nurturing, digital / social media marketing, branding etc.)
- Understanding and experience of software and tools, and how they can be optimized for growth, including marketing automation, CRM, customer support (HubSpot etc)
- Ability to respond resourcefully and flexibly when faced with new challenges.
- A natural team player, with a 'can-do' attitude, a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership, especially throughout remote working conditions.
