Responsibilities:
- Candidate will speak to customers, via Phone, Teams, Zoom call etc. and would gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
- Candidate will understand Clients Systems, Process, Technical specifications, and Needs, and will document them.
- Candidates will be making 50 to 100 cold calls a day
- Generating quality leads from various from the internet, Social Media Platforms like Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls
- This job roles requires individuals to identify and qualify prospected leads and ultimately schedule a follow-on meeting with management or outside sales for closure
- Building relationship with customer.
- maintain all prospect information in Salesforce
- Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
- Will be working under the direction of our higher management.
Skills needed
- We are looking for an Sales Professional with strong experience in IT Services Sales.
- Must have a recent experience in IT Services Sales, Software Products, SAS Sales.
- Must have strong knowledge of IT Products, Software Products, SAS product and various Trends in IT Industry.
- Must have 3-5 yeartsof experience in B2B Sales in IT Industry.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience working directly with top executives of the clients.
- Must be very organised.
- Must have good experience in using CRM Software and Microsoft office (Word, Excell, Powerpoint).
- Must has strong experience in setting up meeting with the clients via teams, email or call.
- Must have strong experience in using various Social Media Platforms like Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter etc to generate leads.
- Must have strong email skills.
- Must have very strong communication skills.
