Job Overview:

ACHNET Demo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support, building strong relationships, and driving product adoption within the HR technology space. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage and grow client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and provide comprehensive training on ACHNET Demo's HR technology platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for product adoption and expansion.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess their progress and provide support.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify and implement improvements to the customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform customer success strategies.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the HR technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with HRIS systems or other HR technology platforms.
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with client onboarding and training.

Pay Rate/Salary:
