Job Overview:

TESCRA India is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Systems Consultant to provide day-to-day care and support for mission-critical SAP financial and insurance applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong, well-rounded IT professional with a proven ability to quickly grasp business and technology processes, coupled with a strong desire to learn and grow within the team. This role will involve serving as a technical specialist, partnering with other SAP teams, and contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for SAP financial and insurance applications.
• Serve as a technical specialist, partnering with other SAP teams to deliver solutions.
• Perform bug/fix analysis and recommend solutions for finance and insurance-related processes.
• Support business implementations by leveraging best practice development skills.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Set and execute team strategy, including objectives, plans, and policies for the area of responsibility.
• Initiate and implement continuous improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• Functional knowledge and exposure to various SAP modules, including FICO and FSCD.
• Extensive experience with HANA Studio, CDS Views, OO ABAP, and Eclipse ADT.
• Proficiency in working with APIs, DDIC, BAdIs, Enhancements Framework, Interfaces, BDC, BAPI, Debugging, and Performance Tuning.
• Expertise in Reports, Interactive Reporting, Module Pool, SAP Scripts, Smart forms, and User Exits.
• Strong experience with Workflow, ALE, Idocs, and OOPS ABAP.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Fiori and BRF+.
• Ability to quickly learn and work with new SAP modules.
