Job Overview:

TESCRA India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on Java Spring Boot and ReactJS. This role requires a passion for building high-quality, scalable applications and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. The Java Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the full software development life cycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end web applications and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers.
• Participate in the design and architecture of new features and enhancements.
• Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.
• Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and system testing.
• Maintain code integrity and organization.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot for API development.
• Experience with front-end development using ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with SOAP/REST/JSON.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL Server.
• Experience with XML/XSLT.
• Experience with IntelliJ IDE and Visual Studio Code.
• Experience with NodeJS and Gradle.
• Strong communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
