Job Overview:

TESCRA India is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the electrical industry in the Delhi NCR region. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The Business Sales Manager will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and contributing to the overall success of TESCRA India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical industry, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track sales activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the electrical industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Good-to-Have Skills:
