Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at TESCRA India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the BFSI and Brokerage industry, with experience in driving sales growth and managing client relationships. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the BFSI and Brokerage sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets within the BFSI and Brokerage sectors.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the BFSI and Brokerage industries.
  4. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  5. Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and senior management.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  7. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

  1. Proven experience in sales within the BFSI and Brokerage industry.
  2. Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Good-to-Have Skills

  1. MBA or other advanced degree.
  2. Experience in managing a sales team.
  3. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the BFSI sector.
